Our full management service is all inclusive and extensive, aiming to take the hassle of letting a property out of your hands to leave you time to concentrate on other things. Full management commission is charged at 10% plus VAT and covers the following:

We provide a professional accountancy and taxation service at a low cost to further take the hassle out of letting your property.
New Properties/Landlords
We do not make a signing on fee for our landlords, our “one off” single charge at the beginning of any tenancy is £100.00 plus VAT, which covers the cost of preparation of a detailed inventory sufficient for the requirements of the new Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
Let Only Service
Should you wish to run your own affairs and the day to day management of your property, we can offer a let only service whereby we will find a suitable tenant for your property, take up references, a holding deposit and prepare a tenancy agreement. We do not show the tenants into the property at move in, carry out inventories or take any further part in the management of the let thereafter. Our commission for this service, payable after finding a tenant, will equate to three weeks rent plus VAT at the current rate.
Please bear in mind that the new provisions of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) require you to have suitable provision for the registration of any deposit taken with a registration scheme.
